Improving GGateway Digital Presence and Brand

Call for Request for Expressions of Interest

Innovative Private Sector Development (IPSD) is a Palestinian Ministry of National Economy (MoNE) Project, funded by the World Bank and implemented by DAI.

The Palestinian Authority, Ministry of National Economy has received financing from the World Bank toward “Building an Outsourcing Hub in Gaza Strip-Palestine”. For this, GGateway for Outsourcing Information Technology LTD. (GGateway), located in the Gaza Strip, is selected to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for Improving GGateway Digital Presence and Brand. 

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:

• Creation of an evidence based new digital brand and identity compatible with GGateway’s vision and mission.
• Building of an evidence based digital and online presence strategies (including social media, content and website in Arabic and English) that support GGateway’s growth.  
• Knowledge transfer to and capacity building of the GGateway team to enable continual improvement of their digital presence and management of the new brand after assignment completion.

IPSD invites consultancy companies to submit responses to Request for Expression of Interest (ReOI) for “Improving GGateway Digital Presence and Brand”.

The Request for Expressions of Interest will fall under solicitation number:

REoI No.: DAI-IPSD-2020-008

Interested firms are asked to request the ReOI document by sending an e-mail to: [email protected].  The full ToR of the consultancy service can be downloaded from the below website: www.ipsd.ps/publications.

Expressions of Interest, containing the required documents as per the REoI, must be delivered in written form to following Email: [email protected]  by September 3,2020 no later than 4:00 PM Ramallah time, stating the number of the REoI in the e-mail subject.

Only companies that are pre-qualified will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation process.
