About PFI

The Palestinian Federation of Industries (PFI) is a non-profit organization and the national institution representing the Palestinian industrial sector through its 15 federated associations (specialized industrial unions of employers) representing specialized industries.

About this contract

Enabel is looking for a team of experts who are specialized in organizational needs assessment and organizational development (OD) to perform the assignment and its related tasks with the engagement of the PFI. The scope of the consultancy of “Services for conducting In-depth organizational development needs Assessment for the Palestinian Federation of Industry- PFI” is to conduct an in-depth needs assessment for the organizational development for the PFI to strengthen their capacity and to fulfil their mission and objectives and to empower them to conduct the actions of our interventions.
