Title: “The Final Inspection of Works of Installation of Roof-Top Photovoltaic (PV) Panels on Schools in the Occupied Palestinian Territory”

Enabel now invites sending quotes from eligible and qualified individual consultants (Electrical Engineers) for carrying out these services.

Inspection services will take place over maximum 15 days starting from 10th of August 2021, with extensive travel in 53 schools in the West Bank. Consultants need to ensure their own transportation.

Tendering will be conducted through the small purchases procedure (Belgian Public Procurement Law).  

This RFQ is VAT excluded.  

RFQ shall be valid for 60 days after the tender closing.

RFQ form must be filled electronically then printed, signed, and scanned and sent with a CV in English by email to: [email protected] before Monday 9/08/2021 at 8:00 AM. Late tenders will be rejected.
