Scope of Works

To participate in this Open Tender, companies must provide supporting documents to prove their compliance with the following eligibility criteria:

• Proof of valid legal registration (such as Certificate of Incorporation, Patent Certificate, etc.). issued by the relevant authority of the bidder’s country of origin                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• The Consultant/firm has completed three (5) similar assignments successfully in the last 5 years done in the region / country                                                                                                 
• The consultant must provide written confirmation that no member of the proposed team has any real or perceived conflict of interest related to this assignment, business or otherwise management interest in GEDCO.                                                                                                                                                                                                           
• The Consultant must be in continuous business of supplying similar services as specified in the scope of work for at least 7 years prior to bid opening; it is desirable for the Consultant to have energy experience working in Gaza.
