Creative invites qualified local Construction Contractors (Offerors) to submit a qualification proposal for Basic Education Activity funded under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 72029423CA00011. This is not a Request for Quotation or Bid, and in no way constitutes a commitment by Creative to carry out any agreement or to pay any costs incurred by applicants that respond to this request.
Offerors are required to indicate the specific areas they want to be considered for implementation (West Bank (WB)/Gaza/Jerusalem), North WB, South WB, Middle WB. Offerors will be required to submit relevant documentation to support their capacity and eligibility to be invited to submit bids under this activity.
Offerors determined to be qualified for this activity will be notified and will be invited to submit Requests for Bid /Request for Quotations (RFB)(/RFQ) on a limited or full and competitive basis subject to each activity location.
To be considered, Offerors should submit a complete proposal no later than the closing date and time indicated above. Proposals should be in English and according to the instructions provided.
Questions regarding this invitation will be considered only if submitted in writing and emailed to [email protected] no later than 22 April 2024. The solicitation number (listed above) should be stated in the subject line. Creative’s responses to questions will be distributed by 25 April 2024.
Prequalification proposal must be comprised of one electronic copy of the required documentations, certifications and tables. Additionally, one electronic copy of a completed and signed cover letter, accompanied by supporting documentation such as references, product catalogs and others. Emails must be labeled with the above-stated subject, subproject number and title.
