Introduction

The Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center- JLAC is one of the pioneering human rights organizations in Palestine. JLAC stands to defend victims of human rights offences, regardless of whom the violator is and what facet of living a dignified life is being violated.  In this regard, JLAC provides pro-bono legal aid, awareness, and advocacy/ efforts in tackling violations made by the Israeli government, the Israeli occupying forces and the Palestinian Authority.

JLAC is inviting suppliers to participate in the tender and submit technical and financial offers. Interested Suppliers should submit their offers no later than Thursday, 20/02/2025 Date, 02:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The company must be duly registered.
• The company can issue VAT invoices.
• A registration certificate and a valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to the offer.

Delivery:

 The delivery period shall be specified, provided that it does not exceed 10 days from the referral date.

 Notes:

• Prices must be in USD inclusive of VAT and any other expenses.
• A VAT invoice must be issued.
• Offers will not be considered unless all papers are complete, signed and stamped.
• Winning supplier will cover advertising fees.
• Prices must be valid for [90] days from the offer submission date, and this must be confirmed in the offer.
• Warranties on purchases type and duration shall be specified.
• Offers will not be considered unless prices are submitted on the annexed prices table (in the link below).
• Technical and financial offers should be submitted in two separate envelopes.

Submission deadline and criteria:

• The deadline for submitting quotations is Thursday, 20/02/2025 Date, 02:00 PM.
• Offers must be submitted by hand at the Center's office located in Millennium Building, 3rd Floor, Al-Masayef, Ramallah. The following information should be clarified on the envelope: Tender name and number (IT hardware No. Tender 001/2025) and applicant details (supplier name, name of the authorized person for communication, e-mail and mobile number).
• Technical offers must include the following:
• Registration certificate
• Valid deduction at source certificate
• Warranty type and duration for each item
• Data sheet for each item
