Contract Duration: 30-45 days

Brief Information on the Project:
Supporting Palestinian municipalities and youth cooperatives in implementing citizen-centered digital transformation.

Purpose of the Assignment:
Develop an E-Services Application tailored for Kufr Al-Deek municipality to enhance citizen access to services

Qualifications of the Service Provider:

The company team leader/individual expert should have at least 7 years of relevant technology and innovations experience.

Company has access to the municipality physical location.

Previous experience with Municipalities, local authorities and CSOs/CBO.

Previous experience developing E-services Applications.

Active PITA Members receive 10% bonus in the assessment.

Submission Guidelines:

Interested applicants must send the technical and financial proposal (in English) in sealed envelopes Each price offer separately (the technical offer in a separate envelope from the financial offer) within one sealed envelope to PITA’s office in Ramallah, Al-Irsal. Ougarit Building, 4th Floor, and no later than 06. March.2024 at 3:30 PM local time in Palestine and include the subject “Developing E-Services Platforms for Kufr Al-Deek” on the cover of the provided offers.
