Tender Notice

Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental
international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking to contract with a local individual for the
provision of the Non-Formal Education Component of the Positive
Youth Engagement (PYE) activities. This service aims to identify a
provider(s) specializing in delivering non-formal educational
activities, customizing learning materials in English, Math, and
Science, and implementing capacity-building initiatives for youth in
grades 7-12 from at-risk communities.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete
an Intent to Bid Form and Supplier Information Form and submit it
according to the guidelines below:

Please note the following important information:

• The potential bidder will NOT receive the tender package if
any of the documents (ITBs or SIFs) are missing.

The purpose of this tender announcement is to receive an
expression of interest in participating in this tender. Please note
that you are NOT REQUIRED to submit your offer at this stage.
Submission of any offers (technical or financial) along with the ITB
documents will result in immediate DISQUALIFICATION. In such
cases, the bidder/company will NOT receive the tender package or
any related documents for this tender.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps
by Sunday, 19 January 2025, No Later than 15:00pm Ramallah
Time to one of the below methods:

1. Electronic copies (softcopy):

Email completed Intent to Bid Form (ITB) and Supplier Information
Form (SIF) [email protected] with the Tender Reference
number in the email subject line [ITB - PS03 - RFP - PR141011].

Any documents sent to any other email address will be
disregarded.

2. Hard copies:

Return completed Intent to Bid Form (ITB) and Supplier
Information Form (SIF) in person and put in the Tender Box placed
at Mercy Corps office Ramallah, Al Saa'a Square, Yafa Street, Al
Bardauni Building, 5th floor.

The Tender Reference number should be written in the
envelop.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for
Proposal (RFP) will be sent to the bidders who submitted Intent to
Bid Forms ONLY. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent
according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to
Bid Form and within 5 working days from the announced closing
date.
