Background
Stars of Hope Society (SHS) in partnership with The Social and Economic Policies Monitor (Al-Marsad) will implement “HEMAYA” project, funded by UN TRUST FUND to have ‘Women and girls with disabilities (WGWDs) in West-Bank and Gaza-Strip safely access adequate and appropriate support services by end of the project”.
MIS Overview
Stars of Hope Society (SHS) seeks to develop an internal Management Information System (MIS) to process, Manage and report data related to violations against women and girls with disabilities (WGWDs) in West Bank and Gaza strip. The management system will be a Web based database for collecting and sharing data concerning the related WGWDs’ violations and providing data management and reporting tools for both SHS’s internal use and external use with other organizations.
The purposes of the Management Information System are:
- Enabling timely processing and analysis of data including collection, storage, processing, extrapolation and dissemination.
- Increase the coverage of the documentation of Violations against women with disabilities.
- Ensure availability of timely relevant information using functional and user-friendly interfaces.
- Improve the data quality (i.e. accuracy, completeness and consistency) in the reports.
- Provide a centralised database for historical data in order to enable detailed analysis.
- Produce detailed reports on verified and auditable data.
CONDITIONS FOR OFFERORS: Offerors must:
- Be registered as a business with the proper authorities
- Have adequate technical resources to perform the project, or the ability to obtain them
- Be qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
- A satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
- Ability to Submit TAX Invoices and TAX Source of Deduction Documents.
