CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND

Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a Non-Governmental Organization of international solidarity based in France. Founded in 1991, SIF is a non-profit and non-political organization that intends to help, to bring relief and to protect the lives of those threatened by natural disasters, armed conflicts or by economic collapse. SIF provides its help in respect of cultural diversity, without any distinction of origin, religion or gender. SIF Palestine Mission was established in 2008 and since then, it has set up many concrete interventions in the sectors of Food Security and Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Protection and Shelter to provide large scale assistance. Thanks to its experience, SIF’ has been able to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the local context and understanding of local needs. 

CLOSING DATE

Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm, August 29th, 2024.

• In addition to reviewing the financial and technical applications, SIF will review the qualifications of the specific consultant (s)/ individual(s) wishing to fulfil the service.
• All Documents must be submitted signed and stamped.
• Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 4:00pm, Sunday, August 25th, 2024, by email to [email protected].
• Interested consultants should submit:
• letter of interest,
• technical proposal,
• financial offer
• no later than the 29th of August 2024. The proposal should include the following:
  1. Objectives -understanding of the scope of the research.
  2. CV of the consultant(s) including list of similar works
  3. Technical offer including a preliminary causal approach, design, methodology, and Timeframe
  4. Detailed budget on a separate sheet.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Technical qualification; (70%)
• (30%) on the CVs.
• (20%) Previous work and experiences.
• (20%) work methodology, action plan.
• Financial proposal; (30%).

Proposals must be comprised of one electronic copy of the Technical Proposal and one electronic copy of the Cost/Business proposal, sent in one e-mail, and labeled with the above-stated RFP number and title.
