Media, Communication and Event Management Services

Shiam – Youth Make the Future invites quotations\proposals from qualified, and locally registered Companies, specialized media, communication and event management to provide the above-mentioned professional services focused on the following:

Coordination and facilitation of the online training for the full duration of the 4- Days Virtual Boot Camp 

Design online (social media) graphics and media posts (pre, during and after the event)

Lead in designing any material released related to the youth challenge (press releases, guidebooks, toolkits, etc.)

Design communication outreach toolkits for the event 

Abide by GenU brand book and Imagin Ventures brand guidelines in designing and delivering social media and communication material 

Produce 2-min HQ videos (for selected Youth Challenge winners) in their natural elements

Quotations\Proposals will be evaluated based on the Service Provider’s qualification as well as responsiveness to this invitation requirement. The contract(s) will be awarded to the firm(s) offering the lowest evaluated responsive offer\proposal for all training courses including the presented activities in the SOW.
