About PARC:

CBO’s, mobilize and develop the capabilities of rural people to enable them to control their

resources, through the work of a distinguished professional teams and a loyal volunteer. This

has been accomplished through creative programs and transparent management and through

technical practices to contribute to the establishment of a free and democratic Palestinian

society with the values of social justice.

Job purpose summary:

The influencer will support the project team by developing and executing a promotional campaign for national products, specifically products related to the three selected value chains: honey, onions, and poultry. The goal is to increase awareness of the various national products available on the market and to increase their sale and consumption by people in the Gaza Strip.

The influencer is expected to utilize the most relevant and appropriate marketing techniques and tactics that will further the goal of the campaign. Specifically, using social-media and digital platforms to promote the campaign and associated products. These include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.

The ultimate goal of the work of the influencer and the aim of the project is to improve the livelihood of youth and farmers in the Gaza Strip by enhancing their access to market opportunities and the promotional and marketing campaigns executed by the influencer are a key component of achieving these goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall creative and strategic planning and contributing to the development of the marketing plan for the three agricultural products (honey, onions and poultry)
  • Development of an activity calendar
  • Supervising the follow-up of the activities of the marketing campaign based on the plan.
  • Writes relevant reports, especially with regard to the body of the market and its requirements that facilitate the internal and external marketing process.
  • Coordination of all face-to-face and electronic activities related to the marketing plan
  • Crafting and editing pertinent content.

Qualifications, Requirements:

Education:

  • At least a bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related field (master degree is an added value)

Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • At least two years of experience working in NGOs

Language:

  • Arabic & English
  • Tech-savvy with well-honed marketing abilities.

The consultants have to submit for evaluation the following documents in hard and soft copies:

  • Technical offer with all supporting documents (Cover letter, Working methodology, CV‘s for the consultant …etc).
  • Financial offer, only hard copy.
  • Proposal of a marketing campaign
