Medical Spectacles Providers Westbank and Jerusalem

St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group - is seeking qualified supplier/s to provide medical spectacles with different specifications to patients in different locations in the Westbank and Jerusalem (north, south and middle areas).

Interested suppliers can receive the tender document free of charge from the Procurement Department by sending an e-mail to [email protected] no later than Friday 20/01/2023 at 02:00 pm. Kindly note that the last day for tenders submission is Monday 30/01/2023 at 02:00 pm. by hand to the finance department at Hospital’ premises in 1 Mujer Addin Street, Shaikh Jarrah Jerusalem.

General Notes:

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope.

Prices to be submitted in NIS and VAT included.

Awarded Supplier/s must provide tax invoice/s and valid deduction at source certificate and Makassah invoice (as needed).
