Call for Experts: Mentoring and Coaching Startups for the Youth Economic Empowerment Program (YEP)

Are you an experienced mentor or coach with a passion for empowering startups? Within the Youth Economic Empowerment Program (YEP), implemented by Al-Quds University in partnership with the Belgian Development Agency “Enabel” and funded by the European Union, the Al-Quds Business Center for Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship (BCITE) is seeking experienced experts to mentor and coach young entrepreneurs in Palestine. This initiative is designed to equip youth with the guidance, skills, and tools necessary to transform their ideas into successful, sustainable businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized mentoring to startups at different stages of their entrepreneurial
Offer strategic guidance on ideation, business planning, marketing, fundraising, and
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each
Share practical insights and experiences to inspire and empower young
Support startups in developing robust go-to-market strategies and fostering sustainable
Collaborate with BCITE and ENABEL to align mentoring/coaching with the program's

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience mentoring or coaching startups, particularly in emerging markets.
A strong background in entrepreneurship, business development, or
Expertise in areas such as startup strategy, digital transformation, marketing, or financial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting youth
Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in the Palestinian entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus.
Ability to provide actionable insights and strategic direction for

Timeline

The mentoring and coaching program will run for 6 weeks, with sessions structured to meet the needs of participating startups. Specific schedules will be coordinated with selected mentors/coaches.
