Mid-Term Evaluation – Terms of Reference (TOR)

Mercy Corps is delivering a project funded by Sweden for the period from 01 July 2019 to 31 June 2022. The project aims to build an internationally competitive technology ecosystem in Palestine that creates well-paying jobs by supporting online freelancing, outsourcing, and tech start-ups.

In this context, Mercy Corps invites Electronic Proposals from Eligible Companies (registered contractors/vendors) from Palestine, for the works described and summarized in these documents, and in accordance with procedures, conditions and contract terms presented in the Request for Proposal document.

The following conditions apply:

The contractor must be registered in the official quarters.
Prices must include VAT, and the contractor must provide official invoice.

Questions will be answered by Monday, 8 March 2021, All prospective bidders will access consolidated questions and answers, the link will be shared through email
