Jordan Valley Resiliency Project
The main purpose of the assignment is to assess projects' progress toward the outcomes and long-term goals and ensure that challenges and results are monitored, communicated, and acted upon in a timely efficient, and result-based manner. The Evaluation is also intended to identify challenges, opportunities, and lessons learned and makes recommendations that the donor, the project team, and partners will use to improve the implementation of this and other reintegration projects and programs.

Interested consultant firms or freelancer should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN Development Ramallah office from 18 October 2023 tell 26 October 2023 with Non-refundable fee (100) NIS and submit offer in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 30 October 2023 (before 12:00 pm) to the below address:
Notes and Conditions The selected firms will be required to pay for the cost of this advertisement in both the local newspapers and jobs.ps. Financial offers should include VAT as the project is Not VAT exempted Selected contractors should supply tax invoice and deduction at source certificate.
If the consultant is a freelancer or an expert (or group of experts) and cannot provide the Source of Deduction certification, then MA’AN will deduct (10% of the contract’s value) for each payment. MA’AN will manage the income tax payment with the tax authorities.
Prices must be valid for at least 5 months from the tender submission date.
All costs above must be in NIS.
