LMIS Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis

UNESCO National Office in Palestine launches a request for proposals to carry out a comprehensive needs assessment and gap analysis to evaluate the existing Labour Market Information System (LMIS) and other related sub-systems to contribute to the development of an efficient, reliable, and up to date Palestinian Labour Market System.

For institutions\firms interested, Application deadline: 15th, January 2022 at 16:00 Ramallah local time.

The assignment aims at:-

• Prepare a policy paper, addressing legal aspects, procedural and institutional set up, regulations, governmental decisions, and agreements required for governmental, non-governmental organizations and private sector to provide the system with the necessary data as well as adopting the system as an official system for labour market information.
• Provide a comprehensive institutional and procedural analysis of the labour sector and its workflow, including information management related to the current situation and its dynamics (needs assessment\gap analysis).
• Prepare a Full Labour Market Information System Project Document based on the developed policy paper and needs assessment\gap analysis.
