Consulting Company for Conducting a Needs Assessment and Stakeholder Analysis on Circular Economy Entrepreneurship and Green Investment in Agriculture in the West Bank

The Applied Research Institute - Jerusalem (ARIJ) invites qualified consulting companies to submit proposals for conducting a comprehensive needs assessment and stakeholder analysis focused on circular economy and green practices across the agricultural production value chain in the West Bank. This consultancy aims to identify challenges, opportunities, and actionable strategies for promoting sustainable income generation through green practices and circular economy principles in agriculture.

The applying firm must:

1. Demonstrate proven expertise and capabilities in the relevant field.
2. Have the required resources, capacity, and qualified experts.
3. Submit a comprehensive proposal, including:

Interested consulting companies are required to submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal for carrying out the scope of work as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

How to Apply:

Companies with substantial experience in this field and interested in participating in the bid can obtain the detailed Terms of Reference:

• In Person: From ARIJ's premises at Karkafeh Street, Bethlehem.
• By Email: Request the TOR from ARIJ Procurement at [email protected].

The TOR will be available during the period [11/12/2024] to [16/12/2024], Completed bids must be submitted no later than [23/12/2024]. 

• All prices must be stated in Euros and should Exclude VAT.
• The Company should be able to issue a Zero Vat Invoice
• A valid deduction at source certificate must be attached to your offer (10% of the total amount will be deducted if there is no valid deduction at source).
