Summary of activity

The Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development announces its need of a consultant to contract with him/her to implement a capacity building for a number of grassroots institutions, with the aim of identifying the most important strengths and weaknesses, evaluate its organizational performance, to identify problems, and analyze them, to identify areas for intervention and improvement according to the specific needs and priorities of each institution.

the consultant will work closely with the POs to conduct detailed organizational assessment, lobby and advocacy assessment that will results in development of capacity building plans for each PO in light of the FEM-PAWER Program objectives. The consultant/ facilitator will also be involved in the introductory workshop for the POs which he/she will facilitate the session and develop a form for supporting the needs assessment outcomes and document results of the workshop.
