Consultancy Services in Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting

The Union of the Charitable Societies-Jerusalem (UCS) announces the need to contract a Consultancy Firm to provide “Consultancy Services in Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting”, through funding from the European Union (EU), within the project titled “Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships Project”.

The UCS, now invites eligible consulting firms having the relevant experience to perform the service, to obtain the Tender Terms of Reference (TOR) starting from Wednesday 8/10/2024 after sending a letter of interest to participate in the tender along with the registration certificate of the firm via this email: [email protected] and you will then be provided with all the tender documents.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The submitted offers should be in Euro, Not including VAT. The tenderer should be able to issue an official invoice in addition to a valid deduction at the source certificate or will deduct a percentage from the final payment (according to the Palestinian Taxation department & laws).
• UCS is not obligated to award to the lowest price offer.
• Offers that don’t meet the minimum requirements or received after the deadline will be discarded and not considered in the next steps.
• Technical and financial offers must be submitted separately in sealed signed and stamped envelopes with the required documents to UCS office in Jerusalem at the below address no later than 14:00 p.m. (Jerusalem Time) on Saturday 19th of October 2024 to the attention of UCS Procurement Committee.
