Title:- Public Works Contract for partitioning and electromechanical works in Enabel’s office- Ramallah.

The pupose of the project is to expand Enabel offices in Ramallah to the newly aquired 6th
floor; which in current state requires total rehabiliation of civil, electrical and mechanical
systems to match with developed set of plans. Works will consider full rehabiliation of the
newly aquired 6th floor for Enabel Offices in Ramallah with minor inteventions at 7th and
8th floors. The scope of work will include, but not limited to, demolishing, partitioning,
doors, false ceiling, air conditioning system, electrical low and power systems
