Bid Title:  PNGO Portal Development 

The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organization Network (PNGO) is announcing a bid to construct and develop an online portal, which will serve as a “one-stop-shop” and a resource centre for Palestinian CSOs to exchange data and factual findings about the Palestinian Civil Society, and engage with main civic thematic areas and Palestinian context. PNGO is announcing the bid call for service providers where individuals and companies are both invited to apply.

The bid request consists of the following bid documents that need to be enclosed within bid offers: 

Part A:  Instructions to Bidders. 

Part B:  Call for Bid form.

Part C: Terms of Reference.

Bidders have to authorize, sign and stamp the original bid documents in their offers.  Bidders need to submit bid offers by hand starting from Monday, March 7th 2022 until Sunday. March 20th 2022 to the following address:
