Job Title: Policy & Advocacy Consultant
Location: Ramallah
Contract Duration: 30 Working Days
Start Date: ASAP

The Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) is seeking a Policy & Advocacy Consultant to lead the creation of its Policy and Advocacy Unit. This role involves strategic engagement with government, private sector, and international stakeholders to advocate for policies that support the Palestinian ICT sector. The consultant will develop policy frameworks, advocacy strategies, and provide training for PITA staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish the Policy & Advocacy Unit

Develop strategic frameworks and tailored advocacy strategies and tools

Conduct policy research and analysis

Engage with stakeholders and map resources

Provide staff training in policy analysis and advocacy tools

Requirements:

Proven experience in policy and advocacy, especially in the ICT sector.

Strong skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy research.

Experience in resource mobilization and monitoring/evaluation frameworks.

Deep understanding of Palestine’s ICT sector and political landscape.
