Background
QADER for Community Development is a non-profit organization based in Bethlehem and operating in Palestine since 2008. QADER focuses on the empowerment and inclusion of persons with disabilities through influencing public policies, developing capacities of relevant stakeholders, promoting public awareness and inclusive community practices, and promoting economic empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
In 2023, QADER developed its new strategic plan for the years 2023-2027 and underwent a restructuring process which resulted in modifying the organizational structure and the management & accountability framework to align and support the implementation of QADER’s strategy efficiently, effectively, and with quality. QADER has defined four main programs that lead QADER’s programmatic interventions under its four strategic objectives and their intermediate results.
Upon the new strategy and organizational structure, QADER is pursuing to contract a qualified consultant for reviewing and updating/preparing job descriptions for key positions and develop a staff performance management system.
Purpose of The Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to review and update/prepare job descriptions for key positions in the organization based on the new organizational structure and develop a staff performance management system (SPMS).
