Preparation of Shadow Reports
QADER for Community Development in Partnership with Caritas Germany are implementing a project entitled "Promoting Responsive quality services and protection measures for persons with disabilities - WE CARE", funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
QADER seeks to engage a consultant(s) for the preparation of the shadow reports for the following Conventions:
- The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities – UNCRPD
- The UN Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women – CEDAW
Interested Consultant/team/firm shall download the Solicitation Document from HERE, and submit their offer in response to the RFP for one or both lots based on the Terms of Reference, in a sealed envelope to QADER’s Office in Beit Jala, no later than 15:00 PM on Thursday July 12th, 2021.
