CARE International in Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) is an international, nonprofit, secular organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis.

CARE International in Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) would like to invite for a sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of medical supplies and who have past experience in supplying delivering and installing medical equipment to Jerusalem Hospitals in accordance with the terms and conditions presented within the tender.

The medical equipment will be delivered directly to the assigned Hospitals in Jerusalem. Given that, the supplier is fully responsible for all required procedures and costs to supply, deliver, install and handover the medical equipment, and in accordance to the tender terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and rates.

Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQs under this invitation, given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually.

Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive price supplier. Given that, CARE International in Palestine (West Bank and Gaza) has the right to increase/decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender, and/or to award each item/BOQ totally or partially. 

All interested suppliers can obtain a copy of the tender documents during the official working hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) from Sunday January 9th, 2022, till Sunday, January 23rd, 2022, In the address presented below.

Deadline for Bids Submission

On or before Sunday, January 23rd, 2022, at 12:00 pm

Note:  Late bids will be rejected

Bid Security

Value: 5% of total bid price.

Validity: from February23,2022, to July23, 2022

Format: Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheques. Cash or personal cheques are not accepted.
