The Human Resources department of Mercy Corps Palestine is currently responding to the high a high number of requests to hire new staff, as a response to the recent expansion of two main programs and other departments' needs.

The HR department is crucial in managing various aspects of employee relations and organizational well-being, which play a great factor in the hiring processes and the new employees we bring in. It’s important that we ensure the hiring of the best, well-experienced candidates who have a proven track record in self-discipline and positive feedback from former employers. All of this should be in compliance with our internal policies and donors’ requirements. Our environment is safe, productive, and inclusive, and this should be confirmed during all stages of recruitment.

In light of this, the HR department is looking for a recruitment agency to support the hiring processes for certain positions.
