Oxfam is looking for a consultant to conduct a baseline study for the “MARKAZ, One-Stop Shop Centres (OSCs) for Youth in OPT”.

Programs background

The MARKAZ project is a three year project implemented by Oxfam and  Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS), aims to contribute to achieving gender equality and enhancing the health, well-being and protection of young Palestinian men and women, girls, and boys in OPT (OB). Through three interlinked interventions, the action seeks to promote and improve the safe access of young Palestinian men, women, girls, and boys, including PWDs, to holistic and integrated multi-sectoral SRHR and GBV response and services  in the WB and EJ (SO).

Intermediate Outcome1: Rehabilitated and operationalized One Stop Centers (OSCs) provide equitable and accessible quality multi-sectoral GBV and SRHR response services and information to young Palestinian women, men, girls, and boys, including people with disabilities (PWDs) in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Timeframe and time commitment

The assignment is expected to be completed over as per the indicative timeframe below. Applicants are kindly requested to indicate in their offers the actually required number of days broken down by deliverable/ activity versus cost, in addition to the team size involved.
