Call for External Project Evaluation Offers

Palestinian Hydrology Group PHG is seeking the services of a specialized consultant to conduct external evaluation for the project titled “Humanitarian Response Plan in West Bank and Gaza” funded by the Government of Canada. 

The objective of the evaluation is to provide PHG and the donor with sufficient information about the performance of the project, the perception of stakeholders and beneficiaries, to document lessons learned and to provide practical recommendations for follow-up action.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The PHG will consider the bid entry guarantee of 1000$ (One thousand US$) in the form of bank guarantee or Bank Check as a pre-condition for tender acceptance.
2. This tender is excluding Vat.  
3. The payment can only be made after the approval of final evaluation report.
4. Offers shall be valid for 90 days from submission date
5. The cost of advertisement will be paid by the winning consultant or bidder
6. Technical offer and financial offer and bank guarantee for bid entry shall be placed in separate envelopes inside one outer envelope. The outer envelope shall have the name of the tenderers, their address and the name of the project subject of this offer as indicated above.
