Caritas Jerusalem (CJ) is a humanitarian and development organization that represents the socio-pastoral services of the Catholic Church in the Holy Land. The project, "Strengthening the Local Market and Improving Food Security through Agro-Ecological Food Production and Marketing, and Promoting Agro-Tourism in Beit Jala, Palestine," aims to achieve the overarching general objective of contributing to the full exercise of the Human Right to Food for the population under occupation in Beit Jala, Palestine through local socio-economic development and a food sovereignty approach. The specific objective of the project is to promote the strengthening of the local market through social initiatives that facilitate the Right to Food from a gender perspective.
Caritas Jerusalem is seeking an experienced professional consultant to conduct a final evaluation study. The assessment aims to verify the quality of the intervention, obtain lessons learned, and make specific recommendations for improvement. The evaluation is part of a learning process that will facilitate and legitimize future decision-making.
