Project Final External Evaluation (West Bank & Gaza) for the project:

Greening the Palestinian Economy

PARC is a pioneer national developmental organization with a regional trend committed to rural and agricultural development, social justice and national liberation. We are a national developmental organization that strives to develop the agricultural sector, strengthen the resilience of farmers, reach out to the poor and marginalized groups and their CBO’s, mobilize and develop the capabilities of rural people to enable them to control their resources, through the work of a distinguished professional teams and loyal volunteers. This has been accomplished through creative programs and transparent management and through technical practices to contribute to the establishment of a free and democratic Palestinian society with the values of social justice. PARC is looking for a consultant to conduct the final evaluation of the Greening the Palestinian Economy project starting from October 1 2021 for an estimated duration of 75 calendar days.

“Greening the Palestinian Economy” Contract No: NEAR/TS-2016/382-751 funded by European Union and implemented by Agricultural Development Association ‘PARC” in cooperation with AIDOS (The Italian Association for women development). The project is designed to be implemented initially over a period of 36 months starting from 2/2017, the project was performed and the official end date is 30-09-2021. The project is implemented in West Bank (WB) and Gaza Strip (GS) by the main applicant (PARC) and its partner (AIDOS). 

The overall objective is: “To Contribute in Leveraging the composting industry in Palestine" as a green and affordable alternative to farmers, and a driver for the Palestinian economy.

Tender Conditions:

1. The applicant should have previous solid experience in similar work. 
2. Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.
3. Firms, organizations and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.
4. The Financial offers should in separate sealed envelope.
5. Companies should be registered in related Departments including Tax Departments.
6. For Individuals, 10% will be deducted from the whole payment.
7. A valid Source of Deduction Letter should be attached.
8. This project is VAT exempted.
9. A clarification meeting concerning the evaluation and the expected deliverables will be held on Monday 06th of September 2021 at 11:00 am in PARC’s main office in Ramallah 
10. Tenderers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- Ramallah- Main office behind Jerusalem Water Undertaking (مصلحة مياه القدس) no later than Tuesday, 14th September 2021 at 2:00 pm.
