Instructions: Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Only CNFA’s written answers will be considered official and carry weight in the solicitation and subsequent evaluation. Verbal information received from CNFA or any other entity should not be considered an official response to any questions. Written questions shall be submitted to Q’tra grants team via its official email: [email protected]. Answers will be shared timely with all interested applicants via an online standard document for Q&A.

Application Orientation Workshops:
Workshop Dates: 7 central workshops are planned as follows: Jericho & the Jordan Valley (November 11, 2024), Hebron (November 12, 2024), Al Nassarya-Nablus (November 13, 2024), Tubas (November 17, 2024), Jenin (November 18, 2024), Tulkarem (November 19, 2024), Qalqilya (November 20, 2024). Time and venues of the workshops will be determined in due time and will be announced and shared as early as possible. Q’tra will be conducting more workshops in other areas as needed that will be arranged in different targeted areas over the validity period of this solicitation. Q’tra will conduct widespread outreach to ensure efficient reach and coverage to all West Bank targeted areas.

Instructions: Application workshops allow interested applicants to ask questions and receive guidance on how to complete Attachment B, Grant Application or other clarification. Interested applicants are requested to RSVP no later than the date indicated above.

Application Submission:

Applications Deadline: October 28, 2025 Applications received after the specified deadline will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of CNFA. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, reviewed every two months, and awarded based on fund availability until funds are exhausted.

To complete the application process, Q’tra staff will conduct field visits to visit farmers and verify needs and information on the ground.

Terms and Conditions: 

• Eligible Applicant farmers’ organizations are allowed to apply once (one application) in response to and under this solicitation.
• Applicants understand by submitting a response to this APS that submission does not constitute an award or commitment on the part of CNFA, Q’tra, or USAID.
• USAID is not party to this solicitation. Any and all communications regarding this solicitation will be conducted with CNFA, not USAID.
• CNFA will not pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of an application.
• CNFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications received and/or issue amendments revising APS terms before or after application receipt. 
• Applicants will be informed in writing of the decision made regarding their application.
