Providing Legal Service

MA’AN is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January, 1989, registered by law as a non-profit organization. The main office is located in Ramallah and the other branch offices are located in Gaza, and Jenin. MA’AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development, which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.

MA’AN in partnership with UNDP/PAPP is working on the implementation of the internship opportunities of Al Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme. AL Fakhoora Dynamic Futures Programme is multi-faceted, with four main inter-related components all working towards the overall vision; quality education, student affairs; leadership development and economic empowerment. The economic empowerment component aims to bridge educational opportunities to success in professional life through career preparation, internships and networking. The expected outcome is to have the educational opportunities for targeted youth effectively linked to economic productivity of students’ families

MA’AN is seeking a qualified consultant to provide legal advice to formulate the contract between MAÁN, the employers and the alumni. Two types of contracts will be developed, one between MAÁN and the alumni’s and the other between MAÁN and the employer. 269 copies of each type of the contracts will be printed and signed (one for each alumnus and one for each employer).
