Rural Women's Development Society (RWDS) in West Bank is implementing the project; "Enhancing the livelihoods and production capacities of rural women and increasing job opportunities for young women in various areas within the West Bank" Supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

Qualified Registered Consultancy Firms (Companies/ Organizations/ Academic Institutions) are encouraged to participate in this competition by requesting a softcopy of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on the e-mail; ([email protected]) from 23-May-2019 until 29-May-2019 (14:30). Both technical and Financial quotations shall be submitted to RWDS Office in SEALED and STAMPED envelopes, at the address:  Ramallah, Al-Masyoon, Sabat Building, 2nd Floor by Thursday 30-May-2019, 14:30.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Priced provided shall be excluding VAT as the project is VAT-Exempted. Awarded firm will be required to provide zero-VAT invoices upon final delivery of all services required, and if the consultancy firm cannot provide the zero VAT invoices, then RWDS will deduct 5% of the payment amount as income tax.

The unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the Consultant entirely in EUR.

Both Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted by the applicant in order to be considered for evaluation.

Late and/or incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Advertising and publications fees will be paid by the winning consultancy firm.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE CONSULTANCY INSTITUTE

At least 5 years of proven experience in developing practical training curricula, material and tools in topics related to cooperative business management, finance, marketing, quality control, etc.

At least 5 years of proven experience in providing practical trainings and on the job coaching to university graduates in topics related to cooperative business management, finance, marketing, quality control, etc.

Experience in building the capacities of cooperatives in food processing, business and product development, quality assurance, etc.  

Providing a team of qualified trainers with at least 5 years of experience in the topics mentioned above.

A renowned Consultancy firm that can offer certified certificates to the trainees.

Experience in registering cooperatives and products (branding) in the designated agencies/authorities.
