Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services

QADER is seeking to enter a long-term agreement with a consultant or consultancy company to provide quality, timely and professional translation/ interpretation services from English to Arabic and vice versa.

Moreover, QADER reserves the right and option to establish the agreement with multiple consultants or consultancy company in order to be able to perform tasks under LOT 1 and LOT 2.

Scope of work:

LOT 1: Text translation

The contracted translator is required to provide accurate text translation from English to Arabic and vice versa. Text would include written documents, such as reports, press releases, success stories, studies, and shadow reports, considering the following:

• Ensure that the translation text is technically, linguistically, and grammatically correct, error free and meets high quality standards without requiring further editing after the completion of the translation.
• Provide accurate and timely translation following QADER standards.
• Translation shall be done within the deadlines following the work requirements.

LOT 2: Simultaneous Translation

The contracted translator should provide instant interpretation / translation from Arabic to English and vice versa for the events, workshops, and meeting, whether conducted in person or virtually.
