World Vision International is interested in receiving price offers in response to the above tender based on the following:
For interested applicant, you can request all documents related to the tender through sending email to ([email protected]) starting from February 19,2023 till February 26,2024.
Qualified applicants are only
Bidders need to provide two offers (One including VAT and Customs Fess and another excluding VAT and Customs fees).
The awarded bidder should have the ability to issue Zero Vat invoices from related authorities.
Offers should be as per the pricing criteria and requirements mentioned in the document of the tender.
Bidders are required to provide two distinct offers: one for the technical proposal and another for the financial proposal.
The offers need to be submitted via the procurement system.
The last day for submission offers is March 4, 2024 through the procurement system.
World Vision is not obliged to award the tender to the lowest price and without providing any justification.
Cost of the tender advertisement is at the expense of the winning bidder.
Please note that the Working Hours are: Saturday: 8-14, and Monday-Thursday: 8-16.
