Qualified trainers in Civic Engagement and Social Innovation initiatives and Business Models

MA’AN is an independent Palestinian development and training institution established in January, 1989, registered by law as a non-profit organization. The main office is located in Ramallah and the other branch offices are located in Gaza, and Jenin. MA’AN's work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the development of human resources for sustainable development, which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment.MA’AN Hub for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (HIE) is a center that works to spur innovation and entrepreneurship across the Gaza Strip. It fosters innovation to address economic and environmental challenges. 

MAAN Hub decided to engage and empower 1094 young people, to identify and analyze the need of their community after the escalation and COVID-19 pandemic, then subsequently come up with some out-of-the-box solutions using digital, technology, and leadership skills as well as strengthen their capacities through structured training program

MA’AN seeks civic engagement and social innovation trainers with proven experience in the field of the sought consultancy. The consultants’ team should present a set of qualifications and technical backgrounds that suit the scope of the consultancy.

The consultancy firm should respond to this call by submitting a number of CVs for qualified trainers considering the four areas of specialty, namely (Psychological wellbeing, life skills and 21st-century skills, civic engagement and community initiatives and innovation and entrepreneurship business ideas).

Interested consultant firms should review the full ToR for this consultancy and can get a copy from it from MAAN-Gaza Gaza strip from 30 June 2021 –07 July 2021 and submit offer in two sealed envelopes; one for the technical offer and another one for the financial offer by 08 July 2021 (before 12:00 pm) at MAAN Office Gaza-Haidar Abd Al Shafi Square- Al Motaz 2 Building –Ground Floor- Next to Blood Bank Building Tele 08- 2823712 

All costs above must be in NIS.

The Offer is valid for consultant firm.

Prices must be valid for at least 120 days from the tender submission date.

Supplier /service provider must provide Valid deduction at Source certificate.

The awarded consultant of this offer will be required to pay for the cost of in advertisement local newspaper and jobs.ps.

Vendors/Service Provider must provide a bid bond guarantee (NIS 5200) only (Only Five Thousand and Two Hundred NIS) either by bank guarantee or certified bank check, valid for Three months from the last date of tender receipt.

Vendors/Service Provider must provide a performance pond guarantee with amount 10% from the contract value valid to contract duration either by bank guarantee or certified bank check.
