The schedule of the LRQS process is as follows:

a)   Planned LRQS issue date: 08.12.2021

b)   Closing date 20.12.2021 (15:00 hrs)

c)   Pre-bid meeting: There is no Pre-Bid Meeting for this LRQS, for any clarification please make sure to send it to [email protected] by Sunday 12.12.2021 with mentioning the LRQS number on the email's subject.

d)   Deadline for receipt of clarification: 12.12.2021

e)   Response to clarifications by UNICEF: 13.12.2021

f)   Deadline for submitting offers on Wednesday, 20.12.2021 at 15:00 hrs (Jerusalem time)

g)  Bid opening will be internally on 16.12.2021 at 10:00 hrs (Jerusalem time). Due to the COVID-19 mitigation measures, there is no public bid opening.

g)   Award Notice (expected): 23.12.2021

h)   Signature of contract (Expected): 23.12.2021

Important notes:

- Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (NIS) excluding VAT.

- Please indicate the expected delivery date

- For hard copy submissions: the bidder should strictly submit two separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals.

- For technical proposal: the bidder should use only the form in Annex C, if there is any other relevant attachment, it should be as what described in the form. Besides, it is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the technical proposal.

- For the Financial proposal: The bidder should use the returnable financial forms in Annex D. Besides, it is mandatory to submit digitalized documents (on USB Flash Disk, or CD) for the financial proposal.

- The validity of offers should be at least 120 days from submitting the offers.

The successful tenderer will be informed by UNICEF, in writing, within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of submission of offers. The successful tenderer will then be required to sign the contract and present all requested documents.
