Oxfam would like to obtain price offer to procure it Equipment as per/equivalent to the specifications in the below annexes.

You are kindly invited to submit your stamped price quotation for the requested items.

All quotations must be in Euro and shall exclude VAT, all reasonable, allocable and allowable costs that may be incurred by the supplier, in case of any discrepancy between a unit price and a total price, the unit price will be taken as correct, and the total price adjusted

The deadline for receipt of your quotation is: December 25th, at 10:00 am local West Bank time. Incomplete or late quotations and/or stamped will be rejected and will not be considered
