Project name: Reach – Reassured Generations - under Safeguarding Children's Rights in EJ.

Implementing Body: This project is implemented by Al Rajaa Association.

ABSTRACT:

The service is conducting Rapid Survey for Al Rajaa Association in Beit Hanina as part of “Reach – Reassured Generations" project. This assignment is based on contract and will be measured with working days submitted by the end of each month.  This rapid survey  aims to provide the recommendations for the planning and development of intervention programs that might be an efficient way to contribute in reducing the phenomenon of school dropout in particular; in addition to that ; the survey hopes to shed light on the motives and causes associated with the Corona pandemic, which may lead students today whom are on the rapid survey  benches to drop out of school, the rapid survey  is also intended to propose interventions that can reduce dropout rates in the coming years.

GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS: The Rapid Survey covers the following geographical areas in EJ, Old City, Silwan, Issawiya, Jabal Al-Mukaber, and Shufat Refugee Camp.

STUDY LANGUAGE: Arabic.

Qualified experts/companies are encouraged to participate in this competition by requesting a FREE softcopy of the ‎Request for Quotation (RFQ) by contacting the e-mail; ([email protected]) starting 19th-May-2021- 26-may-2021 (14:00), and ‎to submit their offers by hand no later than 16 of June 2021 (04:00 PM)‎.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Documented experience in research and statistical studies.

The applicant must be able to issue a tax bill to corporate applicants and/or cover the tax value of individuals with experience and competence.

Prices: The price should be the value of NIS and the value-added tax must be included.

Contracting: The referral/contract will be made with the bidder who meets the required technical and financial specifications set out in the terms of reference for this solicitation and based on the decision of the bid committee. 

Payment to contracted offer within 20 days of receipt of the financial payment request and provision of tax invoice.

Delivery of the application must be in a properly packaged sealed envelope at the above-mentioned address by hand, or by e-mail with a copy properly officially stamped or by fax.

Offer effective period: Quotes must be valid for 60 days from the date of receipt.

Al Rajaa Association is not obliged to accept the lowest offered prices.
