INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

Save the Children International (SCI) in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) Country Office in both the West Bank and Gaza field offices invites submissions of tenders for a Framework Agreement for two years to provide the following goods/kits: 

• Recreation kits on both family and school levels
• Baby hygiene kits and first aid kits.

Detailed technical specifications and terms of reference are included within the ITT documents.

The sourcing process will be managed through ProSave, our online procurement system. The sourcing lead will invite all bidders who request the ITT documents to the sourcing event on ProSave to access the documents. 

Bidders must open an account with the Ariba Network platform to be able to open the ITT documents. 

We will be holding a pre-bid clarification meeting on Monday May 9th 2022 at 10:00 am to clarify the sourcing process and to allow potential bidders to ask all their questions on the detailed specification of the needed emergency kits.   

Completed bids are due to be submitted and uploaded on ProSave by Wednesday May 18th 2022 before 1:00 PM.
