SJEH is tendering for contractors to implement the project of Finishing and Rehabilitation of St. John Eye Hospital – Kufur Aqab.

.The awarded contractor will be the ultimate responsible for implementing the project properly and on time

Interested contracting companies can purchase tender documents from Jerusalem from the Finance Department, at 1 Mujer Elddin Street– Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem, or Kufur Aqab Center near to Samiramis junction, Adam tower floor 8. To receive a softcopy of the tender document, please send an email with the receipt voucher to [email protected]. Deadline for tender purchasing is Wednesday 29/01/2025 before 9:00 A.M.

A site visit and pre-bidding conference will be conducted on Wednesday at 10:00am 29/01/2025 at the Hospital Branch in Kufur Aqab Jerusalem – Ramallah Main Street, Burj Adam 8th floor. Attendance to this meeting is mandatory for all bidders.

Kindly note that the last day for tender’ submissions is Wednesday 05/02/2025 at 14:00 by hand to the following address: St John Eye Hospital – Kufor Aqab, Jerusalem, Ramallah main Street, Burj Adam 8th floor, late tenders will be disqualified.

General Notes:

• Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope.
• The cost of purchasing the tender documents is $100.00 (non-refundable).
• The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest proposal price.
• The Tender is open for Registered Contractors who are qualified by the National Committee for Contractors’ Classification under the 1st class of Building or/and Maintenance building.
