Request For Back End – PHP Laravel Training Services

In 2021, MAAN Center is conducting the “Women bridge to E-work” project which is funded by “More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth-MJO” program which is implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims to enhance the accessibility of females in Gaza city to the opportunities of working online. It is targeting 80 participants from two different specializations (ICT and Accounting). According to the need assessments conducted by the project team, 20 of the participants is going to take training in Back End - PHP Laravel. 

The overall aim of the consultancy is to prepare the selected participants to be Back End – PHP Laravel Developers. Participants will be preprepared for the training by taking a well-designed online course in PHP Laravel.

To achieve this , MA’AN seeks qualified consulting firm with proven experience in the field of the sought consultancy. The consulting firm should present set of qualifications and technical backgrounds that suits the scope of the consultancy.  MA’AN expects the consultancy firm to have a composition of multi-disciplinary team to execute to consultancy.   

The consultant expected key qualifications: 

Have more than 3 years of experience in developing Web applications using PHP Laravel.

Have delivered several training courses on PHP Laravel development.

Reflect a good experience in the actual delivery of the training topics. 

Have experience as a freelance PHP Laravel developer on Freelancing platforms is recommended.

Submit a comprehensive methodology for implementing this training.

Working knowledge of Arabic and English ability to deliver training and reporting proficiently in both languages.
