Request for Expressions of Interest: Mid-Term Evaluation

The NGO Development Center (NDC) has received a grant from the Swedish International Development Agency, Sida, represented by the Consulate General of Sweden in Jerusalem. The purpose of this grant is to support the resilience of Palestinian community in East Jerusalem through the promotion of cultural rights.

NDC is now seeking two qualified Individual Consultants (A Team Leader and an Associate |Researcher) to conduct a mid-term evaluation of the project. The mid-term evaluation is a reflective and forward looking exercise and serves two main purposes; decision-making and taking stock of initial lessons from experience. The objective of the mid-evaluation will be to assess the progress towards achieving the project’s intended outputs, specific objective and goal, as well as examine the effectiveness of the approach and methodology.

The Lead Consultnat in his submission shall identify the Associate Researcher and submit both CVs in response to this request for expression of interest.

Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Curriculum vitae, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.).

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January 2011.
