In 2021, MAAN Center is conducting the “Women bridge to E-work” project which is funded by “More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth-MJO” program which is implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims to enhance the accessibility of females in Gaza city to the opportunities of working online. It is targeting 80 participants from two different specializations (ICT and Accounting). According to the need assessments conducted by the project team, 20 of the participants is going to take training in Flutter. 

The overall aim of the consultancy is to provide training to project target to prepare the selected participants to be Flutter Developers. Participants will be prepared for the training by taking a well-designed online course in Flutter. 

To achieve this , MA’AN seeks qualified consulting firm with proven experience in the field of the sought consultancy. The consulting firm should present set of qualifications and technical backgrounds that suits the scope of the consultancy.  MA’AN expects the consultancy firm to have a composition of multi-disciplinary team to execute to consultancy.   

The consultant expected key qualifications: 

Have more than 2 years of experience in developing Flutter applications.

Have delivered training on Flutter application development.

Have experience as a freelance Flutter developer on Freelancing platforms is recommended.

Be Dart and Flutter App Development Trainer.

Prepare and conduct technical training programs.

Develop & maintains positive relationships with attendees.

Communicate technical information in a simplified way to students

Observe and evaluate trainees along with the training period

Working knowledge of Arabic and English ability to deliver training and reporting proficiently in both languages.
