Request For Freelancing Skills Training Services

In 2021, MAAN Center is conducting the “Women bridge to E-work” project which is funded by “More Job Opportunities for Palestinian Youth-MJO” program which is implemented by GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims to enhance the accessibility of females in Gaza city to the opportunities of working online. It is targeting 80 participants from two different specializations (ICT and Accounting). All Participants will take a training in Freelancing Skills.

The overall aim of the consultancy is to provide training to project target to strengthen the skills of the selected participants in Freelancing. Participants should be able to write their best job proposals on freelancing platforms and interact with clients professionally so they can get jobs. 

To achieve this , MA’AN seeks qualified consulting firm with proven experience in the field of the sought consultancy. The consulting firm should present set of qualifications and technical backgrounds that suits the scope of the consultancy.  MA’AN expects the consultancy firm to have a composition of multi-disciplinary team to execute to consultancy.   

The consultant expected key qualifications: 

Have more than 2 years of experience in the Freelancing and employability field or other related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Business, or any other related field.

Have experience as a Freelancing Trainer.

Develop & maintains positive relationships with attendees.

Communicate technical information in a simplified way to students.

Observe and evaluate trainees along with the training period.

Working knowledge of Arabic and English ability to deliver training and reporting proficiently in both languages.

Have a good level of experience with freelancing platforms.

 The awarded consultant of this offer will be required to pay for the cost of this advertisement.
