Request for Proposal / Consultancy Service for Feasibility Study and Business Plan (FS&BP)

Under the “Developing Equitable Agricultural Production and Market Systems for Resilient Economic Development in the occupied Palestinian Territory” - funded by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) programme and implemented by a consortium led by Oxfam, PLDC is seeking a qualified consultant(s) or consultancy firm to conduct Feasibility Study and - upon viable proposition - Business Plans for the Feeding Intervention Strategies for Small Ruminants and for the Breeding Intervention Strategies for Small Ruminants proposed projects.

Requirements (skills and competencies)

The team managing this assignment should at a minimum have the following qualifications;

-Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies and preparing financial models, as well as preparing comprehensive business and operational plans.

-Understanding of the local context, as well as the agribusiness and livestock sector specifically.

Requested documents for application The consultant(s) should submit the following:

-Detailed technical proposal, outlining their proposed methodology and expected timeframes.

-Financial proposals; the prices should be in USD and VAT exempted.

-Professional CV/s and similar assignments Important deadlines:
