“Promotion of Digital Competencies of Youth in the Gaza Strip” Project

The Palestinian Youth Association for Leadership and Rights Activation- PYALARA is looking for an experienced evaluator to carry out the midterm evaluation of its three years project “Promotion of Digital Competencies of Youth in the Gaza Strip” project started on 1 January, 2022 and due to finish on December 31, 2024.  The project is implemented by PYALARA in Gaza Strip, and aims to contribute to the creation of a digitally literate generation of Palestinians in the Gaza strip who contributes to social cohesion and stability. 
   
The evaluation will use the DAC criteria relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability to assess the program’s performance.

How to Apply:

Interested consultants are invited to submit their sealed bids indicating the number of the tender and including the following documents:
-Written expression of interest including approaches or methodology and delivery plan 
-Proposed budget in New Israeli Shekels including VAT or subject to income tax.
-Detailed CV which reflects the consultant profile and two references
