St. John Eye Hospital in Jerusalem - is seeking qualified suppliers to provide the mentioned below items for the main hospital in Jerusalem and Kufuor Aqab Center:

Interested candidates can purchase tender document from the finance Department, at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem or from our Center in Kufuor Aqab near to Samiramis Junction, Adam tower, floor 8. No later than Tuesday 14/11/2023 at 02:00 pm. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submission is Tuesday 28/11/2023 at 02:00 pm. by hand to the above-mentioned address, a digital copy of the offer should be submitted too.

General Notes:

Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope.

The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price.

Prices should be offered in USD and Vat inclusive.

Price shall include delivery fees to the defined destination.

Cost of purchasing the tender documents is 100$ (non-refundable).
