For School Screening Situational Analysis

St. John Eye Hospital Group (SJEHG) is implementing a project “Organizational Strengthening for Eye Health Care for Palestinians” that is supported by the Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) in the West Bank focusing on eye health human resource development and eye health service delivery in both static sites and through mobile outreach teams. Part of this project is to conduct a school screening situational analysis in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem that will help key audiences to understand the regulatory and policy frameworks around school eye health in Palestine and to map the stakeholders and service provision environment as it relates to school eye health screening. Therefore, St. John Eye Hospital is looking for a consultant/ consultancy firm to do the analysis.

Interested candidates can obtain Terms of Reference (ToR) with no charge from the Procurement Department, at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem, or by sending an email to [email protected] no later than Monday 24.05.2021 at 02:00 P.M. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submissions is Friday 28.05.2021at 02:00 P.M. by email or by hand to the above mentioned addresses.

• Prices should be offered in USD and Vat inclusive.
• The winner should be able to provide tax invoice, valid deduction at source certificate and Makassa invoice if needed.
